Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we welcome new private patients. Please contact reception or book online to get started.

Do you offer NHS treatment?
We do not have an NHS contract and provide only private dental care. You can find our price guide on our website.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer monthly dental plans with Denplan to help spread the cost of routine care and provide peace of mind. You can find more information on our Denplan plans and monthly costs on our website. 

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online, call our reception team, or visit the practice in person. 

Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes. We reserve daily emergency slots for patients experiencing pain, swelling, trauma, or dental infections. Please call us as early as possible or book online. 

What should I do if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients benefit from a check-up every 6 months, though some may need more frequent reviews depending on gum health and risk factors.

What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit usually includes a full dental examination, gum health assessment, oral cancer screening, and X-rays if required. We’ll also discuss any concerns and treatment options.

Do dental treatments hurt?
Modern dentistry is very comfortable. We use effective local anaesthetic, and most patients are surprised by how pain-free treatment is.

Do you offer cosmetic dentistry?
Yes. We provide treatments such as tooth whitening, composite bonding, veneers, same-day crowns, and Invisalign.

What should I do if I have dental pain?
Contact us as soon as possible. If we are closed, you can use the 111 NHS helpline to receive advice. Denplan patients can call 0800 844 999 for emergency advice and care.
