New Patient examination - £40

Our new patient consultation is a comprehensive 45 minute review with one of our dentists and includes a full clinical examination, any necessary x-rays, investigations into your dental history and a discussion of the various treatment options.

The consultation a two-way process and we will make sure that any concerns and aspirations will be fully discussed. We will also explain the various finance options which may be available to you.

Following the consultation, we will produce a treatment plan complete with estimate of costs and options.

New patient questionnaire

It is our policy for new patients to complete a medical history questionnaire before the initial consultation. This form is available from our practice.
